Order Processing All orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time), excluding public holidays. As a custom embroidery service, please allow additional production time before your order is dispatched.
Production Times Each item is made to order. Typical production time is 3–5 business days depending on order complexity and volume. You'll receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.
UK Delivery Rates We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only.
- Standard Delivery – £4.99 (orders under £129.00)
- Free Standard Delivery – on orders of £129.00 or more
- Express Delivery – £7.99
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–3 business days (Standard), 1–2 business days (Express).
Local Courier Delivery We offer free local courier delivery to addresses within 10 miles of North Walsham, Norfolk. Local orders are delivered the next business day after production is complete.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience.
